A Note From Your Therapist

Hi, I’m Lexie, and I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m a therapist, wife, and a mom who understands that life can feel complicated, overwhelming, and sometimes just plain exhausting. I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up as you are, feel understood, and work through what’s weighing on you without judgement.

Therapy is not about changing who you are, but about understanding yourself more deeply, honoring your experiences, building healthy boundaries, and finding the strength to move forward. My approach is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and the belief that every person deserves to feel valued and understood.

A little about me outside of the therapy space: I enjoy getting lost in a good book, finding the perfect coffee shop, spending time outdoors, traveling and exploring new places, and making memories with my family. I believe in the importance of slowing down, finding moments of joy, and staying connected to the things that bring meaning to our lives.

Whether you are navigating anxiety, life transitions, motherhood, relationships, self-discovery, or simply feeling stuck in a season of change, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you create space for healing, growth, and a deeper connection with yourself.
